Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) takes place every year on a date set by Council.
Voting Members of the College are invited to submit Resolutions to be considered at the AGM in advance of the meeting. AGM documents, notices and Resolutions are made available to Voting members not less than 14 clear days before the meeting.
Voting Members of the College can participate in the AGM in person or online. Those who cannot attend can vote by proxy.

This year's AGM will be held online on Saturday 7 June 2025.
This year's AGM is an online event for Voting Members of the College. An email about the AGM, containing links to the Notice and related documentation, will be sent to Voting Members of the Royal College in due course. The Royal College will notify members about this. The email will come from “Mi-Voice on behalf of Jane Pritchard elections@mi-voice.com”. Please check your inbox and junk/spam folders.
