| Event: | Suspicious lesions, with Ivan Bristow Lumps and bumps are a common cause of concern for podiatrists. This presentation will look at the assessment of suspicious lesions - an important step in deciding whether a lesion requires a referral or reassurance. Clinical assessment requires a combination of a good history, examination, and increasingly dermatoscopic evaluation. Join me as I walk through the process, increasing practitioner confidence when confronted with an unfamiliar lesion. About Ivan Bristow With 35 years as a podiatrist, Ivan has dedicated his professional life to learning about, teaching and practising podiatry and dermatology. He has spent years as both an academic and a researcher. He currently works as a professor, podiatrist, blogger, expert witness and consultant to healthcare professionals and businesses. |
