Before you renew
Check your membership details are correct.
Log in and go to the Payments tab on your profile page. This shows:
- your current membership status
- how you pay your subscription
If your circumstances have changed, you may need to update your membership. Contact membership@rcpod.org.uk for the right form.
Common changes
- Maternity, paternity or adoption leave
Reduced subscription rate (without insurance cover). - Non-practising status
Keep membership benefits while taking a break. - Mentored member
Temporary membership (up to one year) for support and insurance to regain HCPC registration. - Financial assistance
Apply to our Arch Support Benevolent Fund if you’re experiencing financial difficulty.
Recent graduates
If you’re in your first or second full year after graduation, you’ll get a discount on your 2026 subscription. This is applied automatically – you don’t need to contact us.
Ways to pay
Direct Debit
- If you already pay by Direct Debit, you don’t need to do anything. Your membership will renew automatically.
- First payment: 2 February 2026
- Want to set up Direct Debit? Email membership@rcpod.org.uk for a mandate. Return it by 15 January 2026.
Pay online
Pay by debit or credit card:
- Log in to the members’ area (Payments tab)
- Or use the mobile app (iOS and Android)
Pay by phone
Call 020 7234 8644 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm). Have your card and membership number ready.
