Vasyli Award
The Vasyli Award is an annual award dedicated to advancing the development of podiatry in the field of podiatric sports medicine. Applications are open for the 2024 award.

Background and purpose of the Vasyli Award

The Vasyli Award was created in honour of world-renowed podiatrist and founder of the Vasyli Foundation, Phillip Vasyli, who died in 2015. As part of his legacy, he wished to further develop the role of podiatrists in the field of podiatric sports medicine.

The Award, which is given annually, provides the successful applicant with a maximum of £1,500 towards the cost of gaining one of the following qualifications at Queen Mary University London: 

  • Post-graduate Diploma or
  • MSc in Podiatric Sports Medicine

Awards are for the year of application only. To apply, you must be a current HCPC-registered member of the Royal College of Podiatry and a UK resident.
