Podiatrists are eligible to join as International Members if they have qualified from one of the 14 podiatry schools recognised by the Royal College of Podiatry.

If a podiatrist wants to join as an International Member but did not qualify at one of the 14 UK podiatry schools, they can apply for HCPC registration even if they are not practising in the UK. International members need to hold HCPC registration in order to become a member under this category.

The College's International Associate membership, however, allows podiatrists who trained and qualified in specific countries to become a member without holding HCPC registration.
