Filming and photography
As in previous years, there will be a professional photographer and videographer attending Podiatry 2025 to capture the essence of the conference and exhibition on behalf of the Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod).
Please note the following:
Consent
By attending the event, you agree to be photographed, filmed, or recorded. You also give your permission for the event to use your media in its publications, promotional material, and other communications channels.
Use of media
The RCPod may use the media for marketing, publicity, or other purposes. This could include social media, websites, brochures, newspapers, magazines, and more.
Opting out
To opt out:
- Please approach the photographer and videographer and say that you do not wish to be photographed or recorded. This is so that they can identify you.
- Please contact the RCPod to confirm that you want to be exempt from being photographed or filmed, or if you have any concerns.
- Please email conferences@rcpod.org.uk or speak to a member of the reception desk, where you will be asked to fill out a consent release form.
You can revoke your consent at any time. For example, if you were unaware you were being filmed, or if you feel the photos are unflattering.
