Clinical: Lower limb Biomechanics and MSK - The foundation of all podiatric practice

About Kate
In this session Kate, who has over 25 years' experience working within MSK podiatry in the NHS, will share how she realises the results of her passion for reducing pain and improving function, maintaining mobility and independence and providing appropriate evidenced-based rehab. Working jointly with MSK physiotherapy colleagues, Kate has shown how this collaborative approach has proved very successful in achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes in a time efficient manner.

Kate is an MSK Clinical Specialist Podiatrist and current Clinical Lead of the MSK Podiatry Service at Blackpool Teaching Hospital NHS Trust. In addition to being qualified to deliver cortisone injections and refer directly for X-ray via IRMER, Kate is a published author having had articles on Cauda Equina and Lyme disease published in a national journal.
