Terms and conditions
This prize draw is organised by The Royal College of Podiatry, Quartz House, 207 Providence Square, Mill Street, London SE1 2EW.
Who can enter
This giveaway is a free event prize draw and is open to entrants who:
(a) have attended Podiatry 2025 and completed both steps as detailed below to enter:
- Visited and received a stamp from all of the Podiatry 2025 exhibition stands
- Submitted a complete exhibition boarding pass to the Royal College of Podiatry stand in Hall 4 on the exhibition floor.
(b) are not employees of the Royal College of Podiatry, members of the Royal College of Podiatry or are an immediate family member of the same; and
(c) are not in any way or professionally connected with the event prize draw.
Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address to be eligible to win the event prize draw, together with a valid email address.

How to enter
- Visit every Podiatry 2025 exhibitor and collect a stamp from each participating exhibitor.
- Submit the completed boarding pass at the Royal College of Podiatry’s stand on the exhibition floor by 15.00 on Friday 21 November 2025.
There is a cap of one (1) entry per person.
Any entry that does not meet the criterion will be incomplete, invalid and ineligible to win the event prize.
Eligibility
- You must have attended at least one (1) day of Podiatry 2025 at the SEC Glasgow between 20 to 21 November
- Only one (1) entry per person is permitted
- The prize(s) are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered
- The Royal College of Podiatry reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions
- The decision of the Royal College of Podiatry regarding any aspect of the draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The draw
- The winner will be announced at 16:55 in the Clyde Auditorium after the Jewel in the Crown presentation. The winner will also be notified by telephone or email within seven days of being chosen. If a winner does not respond to the Royal College of Podiatry within seven days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Royal College of Podiatry will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Royal College of Podiatry reserves the right to void, suspend, amend or cancel the prize draws if it becomes necessary to do so.
Prize
There is one (1) prize of one (1) Full Conference Ticket to Podiatry 2026 at The ICC in Birmingham on 26 to 28 November 2026. The event prize cannot be transferred and/or has no cash value.
Limitation of liability
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Royal College of Podiatry, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be liable or responsible to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Royal College of Podiatry, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Third party suppliers hold no association or individual responsibility to the prize draw.

By entering our prize draw during these events, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your entry may be held and used by the Royal College of Podiatry or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
