The Royal College of Podiatry has submitted a response to the Department of Work and Pensions

The Get Britain Working White Paper was published on 26 November 2024 and set out the government's proposals to reform employment, health and skills support to tackle economic activity and support people into good work.

The Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) has submitted a response to the Department of Work and Pensions. The submission highlighted the need to reduce health inequalities through targeted interventions in deprived communities, and the promotion of podiatry apprenticeships as a dual solution to youth unemployment and the healthcare workforce gap.
