The Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) welcomes the self-nomination of members to fill the vacant post of Royal College of Podiatry Associate Journal Editor for the Journal of Foot and Ankle Research (JFAR)
JFAR is the official journal of the Australian Podiatry Association and The Royal College of Podiatry (UK) and is an open access journal that encompasses all aspects of policy, organisation, delivery and clinical practice related to the assessment, diagnosis, prevention and management of foot and ankle disorders.
The role of Associate Editor will involve:
- Reviewing articles submitted for publication
- Collaborating with the editor to agree articles to be published
- Liaising with team members to ensure deadlines are met.
Please note that the Editorial Management Team meets remotely every six weeks via ZOOM Videoconference.
JFAR welcomes applications from active researchers and members with an interest in research and has provided some guidance on the variety of researchers that exist within the profession. They include new researchers, career researchers, Podiatric surgeons with research interests, Biomechanics specialists with research interests. Please find the full list of research types here.
