Update: 3 June 2020

Public Health England has updated its latest Infection Prevention and Control guidance which in summary confirms there are no changes to current guidance. You can read the guidance here.

The guidance is adopted by all four nations and should therefore be followed by podiatrists wherever you work.

Guidance from Public Health England

All members should follow the guidance produced by Public Health England (PHE) on use of personal protective equipment (PPE) when treating patients during the pandemic.

Members may find it difficult to wear PPE all day. To assist with this the College has produced some top tips in their Skin Care for PPE guide.
