- Registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, complimentary refreshments, and conference materials. They do not include accommodation or lunch.
- For your booking to be processed you must sign the terms and conditions. Your place is not guaranteed until you have received email confirmation and joining instructions from the Royal College of Podiatry. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours of your booking being made, you should contact the Royal College of Podiatry at liverpooltickets@rcpod.org.uk.
- If an invoice is required for payment, a valid Purchase Order must be supplied when choosing to pay via invoice. We will not supply an invoice without a PO number.
- Without exception, all fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Any delegates arriving at the conference with their payment outstanding will be asked to provide their credit card details as a guarantee. Any delegates registering within 28 days of the event MUST include a valid credit card for payment on the registration form. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.
- Cancellations received one month prior to the event will be refunded but will be subject to a £35 administration fee. If a cancellation is received after Thursday 7 June 2022, we regret that no refund can be made. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge however each substitute must take over the whole ticket and we require you to advise us of any substitutions 72 hours prior to the event. Any cancellations that still have payment outstanding will be liable for either the administration fee or the full registration fee, dependent on the time of the cancellation.
- Changes to any aspect the conference (including speakers) may be necessary due to events outside the control of Profile Productions and The Royal College of Podiatry. The organisers therefore reserve the right to make any necessary amendments to the programme or timings of the event without prior notice.
- The details of registered delegates (name, place of work and occupation) will be placed on the attendee list which will be given to sponsoring companies and exhibitors and made available to delegates. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should choose to opt out using the tick boxes at the time of booking.
- Data Protection Act: We never disclose your personal details to third parties. Your name and organisation will appear on a list of delegates, and we may send you further information regarding future events. If you would prefer NOT to receive information about future events, please email rcpod@profileproductions.co.uk
- Privacy policy: Please note that as a delegate for the Royal College of Podiatry Conference 2022 you will receive a regular delegate newsletter with information about the event as part of your registration. If you would prefer not to receive this newsletter, please email rcpod@profileproductions.co.uk to opt out.
- There will be photography and/or video production taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes online and/or in printed materials. Delegates who do not wish their images to be included in this material should contact the organisers by email at rcpod@profileproductions.co.uk prior to the event. In the event of such a request being made, every effort will be made to remove you from official imagery. However, Profile Productions and the Royal College of Podiatry cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Neither are responsible for imagery taken by attendees of the conference and delegates attend the conference with the knowledge that they may be included in third party imagery out with the control of the conference organisers.
- Attendance fees will not be refunded in the event of threat of war, terrorism, or other circumstances outside of the organisers’ control.
- The flash sale will run from 12:00pm (midday) on 16 February 2022 until 12:00pm (midday) on 4 March 2022. Standard rates will be available from 12:01pm on 4 March 2022 until 12:00pm (midday) on 13 June 2022. Last minute tickets will be available from 12:01pm on 13 June 2022 until 5pm on 30 June 2022. There will be no advanced tickets for sale between 5:01pm on 30 June 2022 until 6 July 2022. Tickets are available on reception at ACC Liverpool from 7 July until 9 July, payable by card only.
- Non-members and groups who want to purchase tickets need to email liverpooltickets@rcpod.org.uk. A member of the Royal College of Podiatry team contact you to arrange to take payment.
