1. How much is the membership fee?

  2. When does the first direct debit payment come out?
    The first payment will be taken on 1 February 2024. 
     
  3. I would like to set up a direct debit
    If you wish to pay your membership fees by direct debit, please contact membership@rcpod.org.uk and ask for a direct debit form. You can chose to spread payments across 10 monthly payments (starting February) or four quarterly payments (starting February). There is also the option to pay the full amount as a single direct debit.

  4. Can I pay for my membership online via the website?
    Yes, members can pay for their membership by logging on the members area of the website, selecting Profile and then choosing the Payments box. Login here.

  5. I would like to resign or retire from membership
    Members need to put requests for resignation or retirement in writing to us to ensure we have a record. You can do this via e-mail to membership@rcpod.org.uk or by post.

  6. I don’t have my insurance details in my pack
    Members' personalised insurance documentation will now be provided digitally via their personal profile on the members area of the Royal College of Podiatry website. You can access your current policy by logging on to the website, going to your Profile and selecting the Insurance square. Login here.

  7. I need to change my address
    Members can update their personal details on the website by logging in, selecting Profile and then going to the relevant box, depending on which details you want to update. Don’t forget to press 'Save' at the end to make sure your new details are confirmed. Login here.

  8. I am going to be on maternity leave or not practising during 2024
    We have a form that you will need to complete to give us the relevant details. Please contact membership@rcpod.org.uk and they will send you the form.

  9. I want to re-set my website password
    If you are unable to remember your password, you will need to follow the re-set instructions. We cannot supply passwords to members over the phone for GDPR purposes. If you are having issues logging in and have exhausted the password reset option, please contact comms@rcpod.org.uk

  10. I would like to change my retired membership to the new premium package
    From 1 January 2021 we have had two retired membership options. The standard package, which is free, and a premium package that is £50 a year. Full details are on the attached leaflet. If you are retiring, please contact membership@rcpod.org.uk for a form to select your preferred retired membership option.
