1. How much does Podiatry 2024 cost?
Ticket sales for this year's conference have now closed.
2. What is the cancellation policy?
You can find more information about our cancellation policy in our Terms and conditions.
3. When will the full programme be published?
An early version of the programme will be available shortly from the main conference page on the RCPod website. The final version of the programme will be published online shortly before the start of the conference. If you would like a printed copy of the programme, you will need to pay for this in advance when you book your ticket.
4. Will there be any Basic Life Support training?
This year, we have two Basic Life Support (BLS) sessions with 24 places each; that's double the number of spaces we made available in 2023. The first session is on Thursday 28 November from 9.30am to 11.30am. The second session takes place on Saturday 30 November from 1.30pm to 3.30pm. To book your place on one of these sessions, please email conferences@rcpod.org.uk. Our team will then register you and arrange to take payment.
5. Where can I stay during the Conference?
Members are responsible for arranging their own accommodation whilst attending the Annual Conference. We have negotiated special hotel rates for delegates with a number of selected hotels. 6. Where can I find more information about Harrogate?
Visitharrogate.co.uk is an ideal place to start when looking for ideas about what to do during your time in the city.
7. I would like to go as part of a group. Do you do a group discount?
If you wish to attend as part of a group booking, you will need to email conferences@rcpod.org.uk. A member of the Royal College of Podiatry team will contact you to arrange to take payment.
8. I’m not a member but I would like to attend. How do I do this?
If you are not a member of the Royal College of Podiatry but would like to attend Podiatry 2024, please email conferences@rcpod.org.uk. A member of the Royal College of Podiatry team will contact you to arrange to take payment.
9. What time does the exhibition open each day?
The exhibition will be open from 9.00am to 6.30pm on Thursday 28 November. On Friday 29 November, the exhibition will be open from 8.00am to 4.00pm. The exhibition will not be open on Saturday.
10. Will the sessions be recorded?
No, unfortunately not. This year's conference sessions will not be recorded.
11. Can I access the slides after the event?
Presentation slides will be made available after the event. Delegates will receive an email with instructions on how to access them.
12. Will there be social events at this year's conference?
Yes! This year's conference programme will include a social event on Friday evening. Find out more here.
