Podiatry 2024: Terms and conditions
  1. Registration fees include VAT at the prevailing rate, complimentary refreshments, and conference materials. They do not include accommodation or lunch.

  2. For your booking to be processed, you must sign the terms and conditions. Your place is not guaranteed until you have received email confirmation from the Royal College of Podiatry. If you do not receive confirmation within two working days, you should contact the Royal College of Podiatry at conferences@rcpod.org.uk.

  3. If an invoice is required for payment, a valid Purchase Order must be emailed to conferences@rcpod.org.uk. We will not supply an invoice without a PO number.

  4. Without exception, all fees must be paid in full prior to the event. Any delegates arriving at the conference with their payment outstanding will be denied entry and asked to provide their credit card details as a guarantee. Any delegates registering within 28 days of the event MUST include a valid credit card for payment on the registration form. Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer.

  5. Refunds Policy

    • If a cancellation is made up to and including the 28 September 2024, 50% of the total price will be refunded
    • If a cancellation is made after the 28 September 2024, no refund will be made
    • Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge; however each substitute must take over the whole ticket and we require you to advise us of any substitutions 72 hours prior to the event.

  6. Changes to any aspect the conference (including speakers) may be necessary due to events outside the control of the Royal College of Podiatry. The organisers therefore reserve the right to make any necessary amendments to the programme or timings of the event without prior notice.

  7. The details of registered delegates (name, place of work and occupation) will be placed on the attendee list which will be given to sponsoring companies and exhibitors and made available to delegates. Delegates who do not wish to be included on this list should choose to opt out using the tick boxes at the time of booking.

  8. Data Protection Act: We never disclose your personal details to third parties. Your name and organisation will appear on a list of delegates, and we may send you further information regarding future events. 

  9. Privacy policy: Please note that as a delegate for the Royal College of Podiatry Conference and Exhibition 2024 you will receive a regular delegate newsletter with information about the event as part of your registration. 

  10. There will be photography taking place during the conference and the resulting images may be used for promotional purposes online and/or in printed materials. Delegates who do not wish their images to be included in this material should contact the organisers by email at conferences@rcpod.org.uk prior to the event. In the event of such a request being made, every effort will be made to remove you from official imagery. However, the Royal College of Podiatry cannot guarantee that this will be possible. Neither are responsible for imagery taken by attendees of the conference and delegates attend the conference with the knowledge that they may be included in third party imagery outside the control of the conference organisers.

  11. Attendance fees will not be refunded in the event of threat of war, terrorism, or other circumstances outside of the organisers’ control.

  12. Non-members and groups who want to purchase tickets need to email conferences@rcpod.org.uk. A member of the Royal College of Podiatry team will contact you to arrange to take payment.
