Pay award for 2025/26 for NHS Agenda for Change staff in Northern Ireland

The Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) has received official notification from the Department of Health in Northern Ireland that the pay award of 3.6% for 2025/26 will be paid.
The RCPod is pushing for this to be paid as soon as possible, and we are hopeful the uplift will be in February 2026 with back pay the same month. The effective date of the award is 1 April 2025 so our members will receive back pay to this date.
