Results of the consultation with RCPod members in Scotland on the recent NHS pay offer
The Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) has consulted with NHS members in Scotland on the proposed offer of a consolidated 5.5% pay uplift for all Agenda for Change staff and has welcomed input from members.
The response was as follows:
- Accept: 94.35%
- Reject: 5.65%
The result was shared with the other NHS trade unions at a meeting on 23 September 2024 and the attached response was sent to the First Minister in Scotland on 24 September 2024.
The RCPod is demanding that the uplift is paid to our members in their October pay and that the back-dated element is paid in the November salary.
