The consultation closed on Friday 30 December.
Thank you to all our members who took part in our consultation on the pay offer from the Scottish Government which closed on Friday 30 December at 5.00pm.
The final results were:
- 62.82% in favour of accepting the offer and
- 37.18% in favour of rejecting the offer.
We have written to the Cabinet Secretary for Health and Social Care, Humza Yousaf, to advise him of the result of our consultation. As per our communication on 28 December 2022, the Cabinet Secretary implemented the most recent pay offer before our consultation had closed. The College is working closely with the other NHS Trade Unions regarding this decision and we will keep you updated as the situation develops.
