How to make a nomination

Nomination statement (max 500 words)

The nominator should provide a clear statement addressing:

  • Community and patient impact: Describe how the nominee has positively affected patients, colleagues, or their local community
  • Selfless service: Highlight instances where the nominee consistently puts others before themselves
  • Quiet leadership: Explain how their example influences others, even without formal leadership roles
  • Health equity: Detail any work they’ve done to improve access to podiatric care or support underserved populations
  • Why they deserve this recognition: Especially in the context of never seeking the spotlight
