How to make a nomination
Nomination statement (max 500 words)
The nominator should provide a clear statement addressing:
- Community and patient impact: Describe how the nominee has positively affected patients, colleagues, or their local community
- Selfless service: Highlight instances where the nominee consistently puts others before themselves
- Quiet leadership: Explain how their example influences others, even without formal leadership roles
- Health equity: Detail any work they’ve done to improve access to podiatric care or support underserved populations
- Why they deserve this recognition: Especially in the context of never seeking the spotlight
Supporting evidence (required attachments)

- Emphasising the nominee’s humility, kindness, and positive influence
