Manx Care 2022-2023. Pay update for RCPod members on the Isle of Man

RCPod members working on the Isle of Man were presented with an improved pay offer for 2022-2023. The proposal included a 6% pay increase, with an additional consolidated £1,000 payment. Despite this offer being accepted, a stalemate followed that resulted in the delay of this payment.

Whilst this was a frustrating setback for members, negotiations continued and the College is pleased to announce a new pay offer from Manx Care consisting of a 6% pay increase, along with a £1,500 consolidated payment. RCPod members voted by majority to accept the revised pay offer, and the College is delighted that its members will have more money in their pockets.
