RCPod has written to the Secretary of State about the pay settlement awarded to members employed by a social enterprise
The Royal College of Podiatry, along with the other NHS unions, is concerned that the government has not fully funded the recently concluded pay settlement in England. This means that some members working to NHS terms and conditions but employed by a social enterprise have not recieved the full award.
The affected unions have written to the Secretary of State, Steve Barclay, and the letter can be found here.
