Isle of Man members unanimously approve 6% pay increase

Following constructive pay negotiations with Manx Care, the healthcare provider for the Isle of Man, earlier in the year, the Royal College of Podiatry (RCPod) conducted a ballot among its members, which closed on 4 March 2024.

Members on the Isle have unanimously accepted a 6% pay offer for the period 2023 to 2024, underscoring the significance and success of open discussions.

The RCPod extends its sincere thanks to its members for their invaluable contributions, which includes the dedication of the local representatives and cooperation from other unions and the Manx Care team.
